Project Details and Challenges: The project scope included tenant improvements on occupied suites measuring approximately 175,000 square feet of a 2-story building as well as some selective improvements to the core and shell. The project was on a tight schedule and we were contracted later in the process.
Solution: To meet the deadlines of the tight schedule, we were able to scale up our workforce by utilizing our team members from our Portland office and worked closely with our suppliers, including Panduit, Biamp and Graybar, to ensure we could get materials on site as quickly as possible. The project moved very quickly and was completed in August 2020. The completed project contains close to 1,000,000 feet of Cat6A cable.
