With a continuous emphasis on safety, Bryan began ISG’s journey of fulfilling wireless customers’ needs by providing quality services. Bryan established a stable leadership platform with integrity and vision at ISG by recruiting eager, experienced wireless experts into positions of management and partnering with accomplished Construction Management companies. With Bryan’s constant nurturing, in the first two years, the idea of developing a full construction turn-key wireless company at ISG had grown into a recognized wireless resource. Today, through training programs focusing on Fall Safety and Rescue, Civil Construction, Quality Control, Electrical, and Technical RF Systems, Bryan has established a solid crew of wireless certified technicians at ISG and employs them judiciously throughout the wireless industry.

Bill Macartney By focusing on customer service, Bill Macartney has developed and maintained many complex wireless business relationships over the years. Through these relationships, Bill has a proven record of bringing timely, organized, and technically-focused projects to completion. With an investment in providing an educational and safety conscious environment, Bill has successfully cross-trained and recruited talented employees in the Wireless Division and, by doing so, attracted a greater share of the major wireless contracts. Bill Macartney knows the value of responsiveness and good communication. On several occasions, he has taken the phone call that has required him to bring together a crew to finish a site after other contractors were unable to manage the construction. As a Director of ISG Wireless, Bill’s strong business mind has allowed ISG to achieve the goal of bringing a timely, precise delivery of construction goods and services.

Mike Grace ISG’s Northern Washington Director, Mike Grace can be found providing support and guidance to our nationally-experienced full turn-key team of Civil, RF and Electrical technicians.Mike has a strong background in electrical services and over a decade in wireless management.With respect and a sense of fairness, Mike optimizes resources and capitalizes on training to bring a quality driven team to the region.Mike provides the ideal management skills by employing his national, quality, and safety regulated construction experience from multiple carriers and markets.
