With that idea, ISG Wireless Division took its first steps as a humble suggestion in a 2004 board room meeting at Oregon Electric Group and has, after persistence and hard-work, grown to a thriving, quality-driven provider of service-oriented, cutting-edge technology and practices. Superintendents and Managers Utilizing their ingenuity developed over years of practical experience and following the leadership provided by our directors, the ISG Wireless Superintendent and Managers coordinate deployment of skilled crews to the wireless construction projects. Together the Construction, RF, Technical, and Electrical Systems, Managers and the Superintendent maintain personal knowledge of each individual ISG employee’s skill set. Through their diligent focus on safety and cross-training, ISG’s Superintendent and Managers schedule employees for training and maintain a rigorous Monday Morning Safety Meeting schedule. Whether it is out on a bid walk, during construction, or finishing the items on a punch walk, ISG’s Superintendent and Managers optimize their diverse skills to provide safety and quality-driven, dependable wireless construction.

ISG Wireless Division’s employees are individually selected for their diverse yet complimentary skill sets specializing in the construction of Wireless Structures and Systems. To maintain the quality and safety of the services performed, all ISG Wireless employees receive mandatory fall safety and rescue training. ISG employees hold licenses, advanced educational degrees, and certifications for proper use and installation of major wireless equipment including Redline, Lucent, Andrew, CommScope, Anritsu, Nokia, and CFOI (fiber optics).
