This project included a state-of-the-art eight story 307,000 square foot hospital tower, an extension to the Parking Garage, and a new mechanical and electrical Central Plant.
Throughout the Southwest Washington Tower, complex Voice-Data, Nurse Call, Paging, Access Control, CCTV and CATV Systems were installed resulting in new technologically advanced Operating Rooms, multi-media friendly Patient Rooms, and life-preserving Catheterization Suites for the new Heart & Vascular Center.

Integrated Systems Group installed Low Voltage Systems in this brand new Hospital, both Medical Office Buildings, and the Parking structure. While, Oregon Electric Group installed the other Electrical Systems.
The Low Voltage Systems installed were: Voice Data Cat 6, SM & MM fiber optics both inside and outside plant, Paging, CATV, Access Control, CCTV, Swiss Log, Nurse Call, VAV, Telemetry, Patient tracking, Asset tracking, Infant Security, Ham & 900MHZ, WAP’s, and Gas Monitoring.
